Residential Fence Installation

With residential fence installation, the first thing that we have to account for is the original terrain that we’re working with. At the same time, we of course have to take into account what your main goal is behind putting up a fence. If you’re looking for safety we’ll be able to offer a much taller and sturdier fence, to begin with. What we don’t want though is to lose all of the sense of design and style that the home currently has. There is a whole process that we can go through to make sure that we’ll be able to come up with relevant results.

Making Sure We Get The Perimeter Right

The last thing that we want after building a fence is realizing that we did it on someone else’s property. Yes, there are a lot of fence builders that will just get straight to work. We usually want to be more cautious about the things that we do. Therefore, we do check the property line and make sure that we’re building a fence that is only going to be set up on the perimeter of that house.

Are There Any Permits Involved In The Process?
It’s your property so you should be able to build whatever you want on it right? Well, sometimes it just isn’t that simple. Some HOAs are very picky about the type of adjustments that you can make to your property. We’re not going to get into details over whether this is the wrong approach or the right approach. What we can say is that we can help you figure out if you have to ask for permission from anyone whether that be the city or the HOA to be able to get the job done. Of course, we’ll also be able to help you file any type of paperwork that you need.

Fence Design
It’s very important for us no matter what type of fence we’re building to ensure that it’s going to cover the perimeter accordingly. We’ve all seen those fences that have a very clear weak spot where they’re easy to climb. If security is your main concern then, of course, we’re going to want to design a fence that does not have visible weak spots that potential burglars can exploit. Once we’ve got the design down we can talk about the type of fence that you want and why one type of fence could work better than the next.

What About Gates?
There are so many things that we have to get to with the design and look and feel of the fences themselves that we’ve hardly gotten the opportunity to talk about gates. Here’s the situation, we can put gates on any and all of the fences that we build. If you want to have an automatic gate or any other type of unique opening and closing mechanism be sure to let us know. That’s certainly something that we can set up for you.
